What we process

We only process data strictly necessary to operate this website and to answer requests you send us. Hosting is on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; no data is transferred outside the EU.

  • Server log data (IP, timestamp, URL, referrer, user-agent) — legitimate interest in operating the site securely, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  • Reach measurement (Plausible, self-hosted) — cookie-free, no IP storage; legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  • Internal usage analytics on our own infrastructure (central APOS Legal admin server, shared across all APOS brands) — cookie-free, respects DNT; legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  • Online meeting bookings via Brevo — when you click the booking button you leave our site to meet.brevo.com. Brevo processes booking data within the EU under a DPA, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
  • Self-hosted fonts — no external font services are used, your IP is not transferred to third parties.
  • Cookies — only a single consent cookie (cookie_consent) is set to remember your choice.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing (Arts. 15–18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
